I see girls walking down the streets of New York wearing these mini flare skirts everywhere these days including myself of course. I notice myself feeling a sense of youth and joy every time I wear my flare skirt. The color yellow which is the color of joy is totally in for the season and the purple lipstick, I'm completely hooked! (the one I use is the one from bite.com).
